I recently stayed at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and metro, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, including a great shower and a comfortable big bed. I also loved the freshly prepared coffee and homemade cakes at breakfast, a lovely touch for a B&B.
No improvements needed, everything was spot-on.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right by the metro station and just opposite an awesome Italian restaurant. It is also within walking distance of the Colosseum, making it a great choice for sightseeing. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, with modern and new furniture. The staff provides excellent service, helping with luggage and providing information. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at Federica's Home in Rome. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Rome Termini and right next to the metro for easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including delicious pastries and savory dishes. The receptionist, Federica, was kind and were very good too ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful family holiday.
